Are our houses designed for year-round use?
All our buildings are built with SIP panels and are usable all year round. The houses are very energy efficient and have low heating costs.

Do houses need a foundation?
The houses do not need a foundation, it is only the building blocks on which you can build the house. As for softer grounds, it is necessary to fill the base of the building blocks with gravel. It is also possible to place houses on a screw foundation.

Do I need a building permit?
Houses that are 20㎡ do not require building permits or project specifications, it is enough for the municipality to make a notice of construction. In rural areas, i.e. on larger lots, notification is also not required..

Is transportation included in the price of the house?
No, added depending on the distance.
